Meaning of Success

Success is not in monetary and material excess. Success is being true to yourself, living your life your own way, living a life of compassion, forgiveness, and tolerance with a warm heart.

Translink Buses Light Fix Scheduled

Forwarded message from the VACC mailing list:

As many of you know, there was a design error in TransLink's new trolley buses as well as some of the diesels whereby the headlights of the vehicles are blocked when a bike is placed on the bike racks, meaning that bikes can't be put on buses after dark. TransLink has been working on getting this corrected. Following is the latest from Gavin Davidson at TransLink:

The plan is to replace the front 'mask' on the buses, this will involve moving the headlights further apart.

The projected completion date for diesels and CNG's is Sept. 1, 2007 and the trolleys should be finished by Oct. 31, 2007.

Please feel free to spread this info far and wide.
